Sarah Anne Davidson became a 30A local by way of a 13 year run in Music City USA and is originally from south Georgia. She decided to trade in her microphone, guitar, and boots for coastal living in one of her favorite vacation spots on the panhandle, 30A. In a few short years, Sarah has very quickly become an expert and trusted resource regarding the 30A real estate market and lifestyle, using her vibrant personality, interpersonal skills, and wealth of knowledge to help clients buy and sell properties along the panhandle.

 

In her off time, she enjoys spending time with friends paddle boarding, biking, dining at favorite local spots, practicing hot yoga, shopping with local vendors, and enjoying the amazing lifestyle that 30A offers. Sarah also shares inspiration weekly to “spread love” and cheer on her community thru her podcast “Amen, Sister Friend".
